Full building access to pools, sauna, BBQ areas etc. (No front desk services) Other things to note 📍 LOCATION Prime Waikiki, is centrally located and within walking distance of many sights and attractions including International Market Place, Waikiki Beach, Zoo, and many other popular attractions 🚪 PARTY SQUASHER/ DOORBELL CAMERA We have a device installed which measures the occupancy of our apartment in real time by sensing the presence of mobile phones in the unit. It does not record video or audio. We also have doorbell camera located at the main entrance. 🚫 PARTY / GROUPS / EVENTS Not set up for gatherings/ events/ parties of any kind. Very important that “ALL” guests staying must be included in the reservation ⚠️ GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES Guests are expected to stay responsive through Airbnb messaging and reply to the host's questions when needed. No smoking or drug use is allowed on the premises. The building enforces a $500 fine for smoking/vaping, even on the terrace, and any fines will be charged to the guest. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, please confirm via message. On check-out day, vacate the unit by 10:00 AM and send a message to confirm you’ve checked out. ⚠️ DISCLAIMERS 🛎️ Privately owned suites do not have access to front desk services or daily cleanings. (Message me in advance if you want additional services) 🏄 Sorry the building does not provide surfboard storage and does not allow surfboards into the elevators. Bodyboards bikes and skateboards are allowed. 🍽️There's no dishwasher in this unit (very common in Hawaii) but I have all the tools for easy hand-washing ❌ NO MAIL SERVICE: No mail or Amazon delivery. This is a full-time vacation rental and you won't receive your mail and packages. (Please send Amazon packages to a delivery hub) Uber Eats and grocery delivery are allowed ✔ The garage has a 6-foot (72 inches) height limit (Mid size suv and under will fit. Full size and larger SUVs will not) 🚕 HOW TO GET HERE From Honolulu Airport, it’s about a 15-20 minutes’ ride. Prices are around $35-$40 depending on traffic.
