All main-cabin rooms are on one level. • Separate game building: An upstairs open sleeping loft with 2 queen beds. This loft is not an enclosed bedroom, and the game building has no indoor bathroom. • Bathroom access: Loft guests must go downstairs and outside to reach the main cabin’s bathrooms. The buildings are approximately 25 feet apart, connected by an uncovered path that is lit at night. 🌲 ABOUT THIS SPACE Settle into a mountain escape where the whole family has room to play. The Blue Arrow Trail is located at the front of the main cabin on the left side of the driveway if you are looking at the driveway from the front door. The Orange Arrow Trail is located behind the treehouse. The arrows for both trails can be found on the trees and line the path throughout the entire trail. Both are short enough for young children accustomed to walking hills. Neither route has hillside steps or requires a water crossing. Additional baby equipment can be rented through Host Co with advance arrangements and additional charges. 🔌 Free EV Charging: NACS connector with a 25-foot cable for Tesla Model S, 3, X and Y and other NACS-equipped EVs. J1772 vehicles require a NACS-to-J1772 adapter, which is not provided. 🧺 Full Laundry: Washer, dryer, and detergent provided. 📶 Fast Wi-Fi covers both the main cabin and game building. 🚗 Free parking is available on the long private driveway. 🌿 Peaceful Privacy: A private setting at the end of a gravel road, close to mountain adventures. 🔑 Keyless Entry: Enjoy convenient access without keeping track of keys. ✨ OPTIONAL EXPERIENCES Winery and brewery tours, in-home massages, private-chef arrangements, and baby-equipment rentals are available through booking extras. These require advance arrangements and additional charges and are subject to availability. 🚿 OUTDOOR SHOWER The fully private outdoor shower is attached to the game building behind the hot tub. Hot and cold water are available when temperatures permit. Water is shut off during freezing conditions, typically from mid-December through late February; timing varies with the weather. The shower is separate from the property’s two full indoor bathrooms. 🚪 GUEST ACCESS Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire cabin and property, including the outdoor amenities, game room with its theater lounge, and private trails. Keyless entry makes arrival simple. 🏔️ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Adventure Acres sits on North Georgia’s quiet side, offering peace, nature, and starry skies. 🚗 Before You Arrive: The property is at the end of a gravel road. SUVs are recommended, though sedans can reach the cabin by taking the final gravel stretch slowly. During rainy or icy conditions, 4WD is recommended. 📝 Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required with your booking before property access is provided. From creekside adventures and family game nights to relaxing hot tub soaks and stories around the fire, Adventure Acres is a place to make memories together. 🌙✨ 🚨PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES & PROPERTY USE🚨 For the safety of all guests, neighboring properties, wildlife, and the property itself, the following activities are **strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises**: - Hunting, trapping, shooting, or pursuing wildlife of any kind - Discharging or using firearms, bows, crossbows, air guns, pellet guns, BB guns, or any other weapon - Use of ATVs, UTVs, four-wheelers, side-by-sides, or similar off-road vehicles - Use of gas-powered dirt bikes, motorcycles, or other recreational motorized vehicles - Use of electric dirt bikes, e-bikes, or similar powered recreational vehicles on the property or trails Property trails are intended for **pedestrian use only** unless expressly authorized in writing by the property owner. Guests assume full responsibility for the conduct of all members of their party and any visitors while on the property. Guests are financially responsible for any injury, property damage, environmental damage, fines, claims, or other losses resulting from a violation of these rules. Any violation may result in **immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund**, in addition to responsibility for any damages, costs, or other remedies permitted under the rental agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these rules constitutes permission to engage in any activity that is otherwise prohibited by law.
