Heated pool is set to 82F. Guests must provide list of all occupying guests after booking the property. Only guests with information provided are allowed to be overnight guests. If guest list is not provided by day of check in guests forfeit return of monies paid. Note: City may tow cars without notice if parked on grass or in street. Parking for up to 4 cars is available (driveway only). The City of Wilton Manors strictly enforces vacation rental regulations. For our property this includes: Absolutely no parties or large gatherings. Neighbors WILL call the police. No more than the listed overnight guests - and all overnight guests must be registered. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am. Violations of these rules set by the City of Wilton Manors will result in eviction without refund and heavy fines (responsibility of guests). While the neighborhood is very safe, we do have two exterior security cameras located at the front door, and parking area to ensure guest safety and peace of mind. We take guest privacy seriously. There are no internal cameras or audio recording technology inside the house. The backyard (including the pool and pool deck) is not within range of the exterior security cameras.
