We strive to maintain a safe and family-friendly environment at all times. 🚫 No Outside Guests: Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. This is to ensure the safety and security of everyone. ⚠️ Please note that we have a zero-tolerance policy for these rules. Any violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. 🧺 Laundry Room Courtesy Guide Please be considerate of other guests’ clothing and belongings while using the laundry room. • If clothes are in the washer, kindly move them to the dryer. • If clothes are in the dryer, please place them neatly in the laundry basket or on the couch. 🧺 Extra baskets are available in the downstairs closet for your convenience. Thank you for helping keep the space tidy and respectful for everyone! Guest Access & Property Guidelines: ❄️ The freezer compartment in the kitchen refrigerator is available for guest use. Please keep the area clean and organized, and remove any personal items before check-out. All other items are shared property unless specifically marked. No eating and no perishable food in rooms or shared spaces. Please use the dining room for eating purposes and appropriately store leftovers. Use mini fridge or refrigerator in kitchen for storage of perishable foods. Dispose off all your groceries that you brought to the listing before checkout. 📸 No videography or photography is allowed on the property. 🚪 Closets are not for guest use. 🚫 Appliances & Luggage No large appliances (e.g., mini-fridges, heaters, etc.) are allowed in rooms without prior host approval. Guests must disclose number of luggage pieces at time of booking inquiry. Please bring luggage that fits comfortably in the room to avoid damage to floors and furniture.
