License #RENT-00492-2024 Guest access As a guest you and the registered guests in your group will have sole access to the entire property...the fully-appointed bungalow, gardens, private fenced backyard, secluded outdoor Moon Tub and free parking. This urban oasis is an easy stroll to the harbor, pubs, shops and museums. the property is secluded, fenced for pet safety, private, calm and serene for easy living. Tucked among the mature trees are a chimnea, a meditation garden, bird sanctuaries, a Monarch way station and several areas for private conversations and reading. Ease into the calming waters of the secluded outdoor clawfoot Moon Tub and soak away stress. Hot/cold water, soaking salts & robes for your use while here. The cottage is surrounded by perennial flowers & shrubs that provide quite a splash of seasonal color, birds and butterflies. When your reservation is confirmed, you will have access to additional specific guest information and instructions for self check-in, free parking and what to expect overall. For the pups, they stay free and toys, dishes, blankets & pick-up bags are provided. Pup(s) may romp in the fenced back and side; but please not in the front flower garden or in the Moon Tub area. Each room in the cottage has individual climate controls. AC/HEAT-Split-units in sleeping & common areas supply adequate cooling & heating. JOE: A Keurig is provided. Starter cups are provided but please bring your favorite K-Cups. There is also a drip coffee maker with filters & ground coffee for starters. BREEZE-Ceiling fans are in all sleeping & common areas, as well as on the screened porch. Windows open. SNOOZE-Please review the sleeping arrangements to be sure they work for you and your guests. We can sleep 6-8, & 10 when using the twin rollouts upstairs( best for children) MASTER-The 2nd floor romantic ensuite Master bedroom has a Queen bed, vintage decor, a smart TV, rocker, hand-hooked wool rug and a shower bath. There are also two rollout twins for the littles. FIRST FLOOR DEN- The first floor sleeper room closes off with privacy-lock doors, ceiling fan, TV, individual AC/heat controls and windows. During the day the den room can be converted to a space for you to gather. You can access the screened porch from this area. NAUTICAL ROOM- On the first floor, this bedroom has a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress topper, ceiling fan, desk/chair and room-darkening curtains. ADDITIONAL - There is a Queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress topper in the living room. TWIN POPUPS-There are also two twin pop up portable beds upstairs that roll under the eaves so the "littles" are near. DOGS-We love dogs with good pet owners. The property is fully fenced for safety and containment. There is a two dog maximum. Must be flea/tick free & current on inoculations. Dogs not allowed in the Moon Tub. Cats are not permitted. GETTING AROUND Walk, bike, Uber OR utilize the City's on- demand shared ride service. A free city shuttle operates up and down Main Street from the harbor out to West Street. City garages are also convenient. YOUR FUN is important to us, too. Outdoor spaces are well- lit and there are several separate areas tucked in around the cottage where you can hold private conversations. Cornhole boards are on the screened porch. Cards, books and board games are located in the den. The WIFI extends around the property so you can stream your favorite tunes.
