Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath home with outdoor patio, fire pit & grill. Your bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with private bathroom. You have your own living room space with a Smart TV, couch with dedicated workspace. The bedroom has a closet, a dresser with a mirror, black-out curtains, ceiling fan. The kitchen, dining room, LR are on the first floor. Perfect location for winter snow birds, working professional or traveling nurse. Free street parking, door code for easy access. The space The shared living space is on the 1st floor. This includes a nice fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with 2 sofa's and a powder bath. In the backyard there is a nice seating area with a wicker couch and 2 wicker chairs with a fire pit between them. There is also a BBQ propane grill, as well as a nice table with seating for 8. Your private bedroom with a nice comfy Queen bed is upstairs along with your private bathroom with bath tub/shower combo. The laundry room is upstairs. Your private living room has a sectional couch and a nice work space with a 42” table and 3 chairs. You will have access to a 55”TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime plus others. Guest access Guests have access to all shared spaces plus the outdoor patio area and laundry room. And of course, your personal bedroom and private bathroom across the hall. During your stay I am usually available during the day within the house. Otherwise just message me and I will respond right away.
