Things to note There are a 4 short flights of stairs leading to the unit, and while street parking is limited, paid garage parking is available just 1-2 blocks away and we were able to negotiate a lower fee for just our guests. We have quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all our guests and neighbors. Please, no parties, loud music, or additional guests outside those listed on your reservation. Other things to note Getting Here Our cottage is nestled on a hillside, so please be prepared for about 2.5 flights of stairs, broken up by hallways, landings, and a deck. It's a little workout, but the views are worth it! Parking Street parking is limited. Paid garage parking is available just two blocks away (5mins walk). A Quiet, Private Setting Our building has only four units, so you can expect a peaceful, private stay. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and we kindly ask that guests help us be great neighbors to the community around us. House Guidelines To keep things comfortable for everyone, we ask that you please: - Refrain from parties, smoking, vaping, drugs, or loud music - Leave pets at home (registered service animals are welcome) - Please enjoy the upper two decks during your stay. The lower deck is shared and priority goes to our long-term residents. - Remove your shoes indoors — we take pride in keeping our cottage clean and cozy A Note on Safety For everyone's peace of mind, we have a smart doorbell camera at the main entryway.
