Other things to note A few good-to-knows before you pack: 🚗 Parking is free — one dedicated covered spot (#7) under the building, plus several first-come guest spaces, with EV charging available in the building. -Electric Vehicle 50-amp Outlet provided at complex for fast EV charging. guest will need to supply compatible charger⚡ One gentle heads-up: the condo is on the second floor, up two flights of stairs with no elevator, so it's worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations. Your ground-floor beach closet keeps the sandy stuff out of the unit. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM–7:00 AM — please be mindful of the other guests in the building, especially the unit right below you. We're a smoke-free, vape-free home — no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. 🚭 Up to two dogs under 50 lbs are warmly welcome ($250 non-refundable fee per dog); per county ordinance, dogs aren't allowed on the beach. Small daytime gatherings are fine as long as we never top the home's max of 12 — but no parties or events, ever. Guests must be 25+ to book, and for your privacy and security there's a single exterior camera at the entry (never inside or on the balconies).
