This attractive, well-stocked condo is pet-friendly, has no stairs, and is conveniently situated just 500 feet from one of the resort's four pools and jacuzzis. The space This ground-level end unit offers amazing views, an abundance of windows, and easy access to the beautiful grounds of the True Blue Golf and Tennis Resort. With four luxurious pillowtop beds—two king-size and two XL twins—everyone will sleep in ultimate comfort. Two master suites offer private bathrooms; one master suite has a dedicated workspace, while the other provides direct access to a serene screened-in porch. Enjoy modern comforts with high-speed internet and large wall-mounted smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms. The newly remodeled kitchen is well-stocked with high quality cookware and knives, along with pantry staples like cooking oil and spices. For those who like to grill, a shared charcoal BBQ is conveniently located off the screened in porch. Brew your favorite coffee or tea at the coffee bar equipped with a Keurig machine, K-cups, teas, creamer, and sweeteners. We also provide beach towels and chairs for your seaside adventures. True Blue Bayou is conveniently located within 500 ft. of the closest resort swimming pool, a short walk or drive to the tennis courts, a 4-minute drive to the Golf Course Clubhouse, and a 10-minute drive to the beach. Pawleys Island is a charming barrier island located along South Carolina’s coastline, 70 miles north of historic Charleston. It’s renowned for its captivating natural beauty, including scenic marshes and impressive oak trees draped in Spanish moss. The island provides the ultimate retreat with its pristine beaches, top-notch golf courses, and fantastic dining options, many featuring fresh local seafood. We suggest exploring nearby attractions such as Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, and the Hammock Shops for a complete Pawleys Island vacation experience. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo and all of the amenities offered by True Blue Golf and Tennis Resort. The wristbands required to use the pools are provided by the hosts and must be returned at the end of your stay. Other things to note Each vehicle parked overnight on True Blue property must have a parking credential prominently displayed. Two hang tags are provided in the condo. Temporary passes are available if your party has more than two vehicles. Please notify us in advance so that we can have the additional passes available upon your arrival. True Blue Golf and Tennis Resort HOA rules require a 3-night minimum stay, and does not allow motorcycles, RVs, campers, golf carts or boats. This listing does not have a fenced yard. The beach essentials we provide are: beach towels, chairs, ladder ball set and smash ball game. For stays exceeding two weeks, kindly reach out to us directly. While there is a handicap parking spot located in front of the unit, please note that there is a small rise to enter the condo and a step down to access the screened porch. Additionally, the doorway clearances to the powder rooms are 21 1/2" wide.
