The space This luxurious executive villa in the exclusive Watersong development offers an exceptional stay with its spacious living areas and proximity to Orlando’s Disney and Universal parks. With six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, the villa is designed for comfort and convenience. The villa features two expansive living areas on the ground floor, each elegantly furnished and fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans. Security is ensured with a 24-hour monitored alarm system. The executive kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, complemented by a separate bar nook with a wine/beer cooler for casual entertaining. Dining options include a formal area seating ten near the kitchen and another area for six near the lounge, as well as a breakfast bar with four stools. The family area is furnished with two three-seater sofas, a two-seater sofa, and two lounge chairs, along with a large flat-screen cable TV and Blu-ray player. An additional front lounge area offers more seating and another TV. Upstairs, the villa boasts six large bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and flat-screen TV. The configuration includes two King Master suites, two Queen bedrooms, a full bedroom with a single bunk bed (sleeps three), and a double and single bed bedroom (sleeps three). A loft area provides a separate entertainment space with a sofa, flat-screen TV, Xbox 360, and a selection of games. The upper level also features a utility area with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. The outdoor space is a highlight, featuring an enclosed heated pool with a spa and an extended deck facing south, offering serene views of a lake and trees. The deck is furnished with loungers and tables, including a large dining table with six chairs. The pool area is equipped with a pool alarm and a safety fence that can be adjusted for children. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi and a telephone for free domestic calls. The villa’s games room includes a pool table, electronic dartboard, and air hockey table. For families with young children, a high chair, travel cot, and baby monitors are provided. Watersong Resort, a gated community, offers a clubhouse with a gym, tennis courts, and a children’s pool. The resort’s scenic walking paths provide views of conservation areas and local wildlife, including cranes. For shopping and dining, a petrol station with shopping facilities is two miles away. Larger grocery stores like Walmart, Aldi, and Publix are within a ten-minute drive. For dining out, delivery options for Chinese and pizza are available. The nearby Providence Golf Club, just a mile away, offers a golf course and restaurant. Pool heating is available as an optional extra, recommended from October to April, at $35 per day. Guest access Once you have booked and arrived at this amazing home you will have access to all areas (Excluding the owners lock up) Other things to note We like to be 100% transparent with our guests, so you know what you are booking. Please read the below information prior to booking so you know if this home is a good fit for you. By placing a booking in this home, you are confirming that you agree to the house rules, and that you are aware of all the information stated below. You will be asked to confirm this on your booking confirmation message. PARKING: Parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway. The community DOES NOT ALLOW on street parking. Please plan ahead for this. BBQ: Please be aware that BBQ is listed as an amenity. These are not kept on the property and are available for hire at an additional cost which includes delivery, propane, and collection. Please let us know 48 hours prior to your arrival at the latest if you would like to arrange a BBQ. THIS PROPERTY IS SELF CATERING: Upon arrival, there will be 2 x rolls of TP in each bathroom, a trash bag in each kitchen trash can, 2 x additional trash bags, 2 x laundry pods, 2 x dishwasher tabs, dish soap, and paper towels in the kitchen. These are provided to help you keep and leave the home in good condition. There will also be a hand soap in each bathroom provided for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs. POOL HEAT: * Pool heat - this can be added, and the cost is $40 per night. The pool can take upto 24 hours to heat up, and there is a 4 day minimum required for pool heat. Please let us know 48 hours prior to your arrival at the latest if you would like it switched on. *POOL HEAT DISCLAIMER* The majority of the pool heaters in Central Florida are electric heaters, and warm the water by taking heat from the air temperature. In the cooler months, the water may not heat to your expectations if air temperatures are low. We are not able to influence air temperature in any way, and as such we can't guarantee that the pools will reach their target temperatures in the cooler months. Please bear this in mind when making your decision to add pool heat. No refunds will be given for pools that are "not hot enough" during the cooler months. The electric pool heaters are still running for 12 hours a day to heat the pool, even by a few degrees. SPA vs HOT TUB - PLEASE READ! Please be aware that this home has a spa. This is not a standalone, independently heated hot tub. The spa is connected to the pool, and shares a heating source with the main pool. The spa will only be heated if you request and pay for pool heat. If you elect to pay for pool heat, please be aware that the main pool will heat as the default setting. The spa will only start to heat once it is switched on at the wall. At this point, the heat will divert from the main pool, to the spa to heat it. When the spa switches off, the heat diverts back to the main pool. Please note that the spa WILL NOT be constantly heated to 104f as a hot tub would be. It will only heat once switched on. STANDARD MAINTENANCE This home is professionally managed. As part of this there is a pool cleaning service, and also routine landscaping that needs to take place. These are both completed weekly, by our licenced and insured contractors. Please be aware that these may be undertaken during your stay. The community HOA may also carry out landscaping duties. TRASH This home is in a residential community which has weekly county trash collections. It does operate a valet, but is your responsibility to put bagged trash into the outdoor cans during your stay. The regular removal of trash reduces potential issues with wild animals accessing the trash, and also ensures that each guest can continue to use the trash cans in an ongoing manner. The local HOA can levy fines for trash cans that are not emptied and are causing hygiene/ wildlife issues on the community. If you are not comfortable doing this, please do not book this home. LEAVING THE HOME Please leave the home (including the laundry and kitchen area) in a respectable condition. We do not require you to do any cleaning before you leave, but please treat the home with respect. We provide 2 x laundry tabs, 2 x dishwasher tabs, and 2 x trash bags in the home to help you leave it in good condition. Please place any used plates, cups, silverware etc in the dishwasher. Please gather used towels and place these in the washing machine. If you are able to, please start both machines as you leave the home. Please bag all trash and place it into the outdoor trash cans as you leave the home. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not book this home.
