Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 4:00 pm, and check-out time is at 11:00 am sharp. Please adhere to these times to allow for smooth transitions between guests. 2. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only and must dispose of cigarette butts properly. 3. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the host. An additional cleaning fee may apply. 4. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours. No loud noise is permitted after 10:00 pm. 5. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the property is 15 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host and may incur extra charges. 6. Parties and Events: Parties and events are not allowed without prior approval from the host. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction without a refund. 7. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Please report any accidents or damages to the host immediately. 8. Please be aware that the garage is not in use due to being broken and not operational. Street sweeping occurs on Tuesdays, and parking on the street is prohibited during this time to avoid city fines of $50. Please park only in designated areas and follow any parking regulations. 12. Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay, including noise ordinances and waste disposal guidelines. 13.
