River Rose

River Rose is a newly owned and decorated condo which, in the past, has been the premier rental unit at Cades Cove Landing. It’s located on the ground level and at the far end of the building closest to the beautiful Little River (no stairs to climb). Just steps from the covered porches, pool, fire pit, grill, picnic tables and riverfront. Come and enjoy a visit at the peaceful side of the Smoky Mountains. You’ll be glad you did! The space This beautifully decorated condo features an electric dual reclining sofa which allows you to sit back and elevate your legs after a day of hiking, biking or just enjoying the beauty of the area. The living room has a cozy fireplace (electric) which will warm you on a chilly night. It also has a soaking tub/shower and a comfortable king size bed with fluffy pillows for good nights sleep. Guest access River Rose is just minutes from beautiful Cades Cove Loop drive and less than 10 minutes to the entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You are just steps from on-site covered porches, fire pit, bbq grill, picnic tables, pool and the beautiful riverfront. Plenty of free parking at your doorstep also. (No steps to climb) Other things to note PETS: NO PETS ARE PERMITTED IN HOME AT ANY TIME. If a pet is discovered in the home, occupancy may be terminated with complete forfeiture of balance. An additional $500 fee will be charged for deep cleaning and pest control plus any additional damages to floors, carpets or furniture. OCCUPANCY/HOUSE PARTIES: Only persons with reservations are permitted to stay in home overnight. Number of persons shall not exceed the advertised number a home is equipped to accommodate. If additional persons are discovered in a home at any time, management reserves the right to charge an additional $25/person per night to the renter on file immediately. HOUSE PARTIES, WEDDINGS, AND OTHER UNAUTHORIZED EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If a house party or unauthorized event is discovered, occupancy will be immediately terminated with complete forfeiture of balance. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Please respect other property owners and their guests by not smoking on the premises. WEEKLY CLEANING FEE: Additional fee to change linens/towels for stays of two weeks or longer will be $50.00 per week.
