Other things to note • The pool is not heated. • Smoking is NOT allowed indoors. • Parties are NOT permitted at the home. • Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am. We are in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful to the neighbors. • Exterior security cameras cover the driveway and entry points only. Nothing inside, and nothing facing the pool or lanai.
