Water life “Aquavida”

Bright, easy to access bottom floor condo, only three steps up. walk out to dock for chillin, sun bathing, SUP. Fishermans haven! 20 steps to Redfish, Trout, flounder. Clean Modern furnishings, peace of mind, yoga space with view in Master. Pool, Tennis, walk to beach & town! Marina is located right out front, boat slips available. No animals allowed on property for renters. Community rules...sorry furry friends.. The space A unique unit within the area. Direct walk out to the dock for fishing, SUP or Kayak entry, glass of something delicious, reading, sunrise & sunset. Completely renovated, painted and redecorated space. All new everything. King and Queen Casper mattress beds. Modern and clean yet cozy and comfortable. Master has clean white work desk, TV, and yoga mats with plenty of open floor space for two. High end cookware, washer/dryer. Guest access Guests have access to the back yard, dock, two community chairs at end of dock, grilling area by pool, pool, 2 tennis courts... walk over the bridge to Folly Center & the Beach! Other things to note Hey Guys! I set up Aquavida to be up to my super particular standards and how I like a place to be when I stay somewhere. The space is clean and simple, few distractions or chachkies or personal items. The mattresses are expensive and super comfortable with new mattress pads. There is a king size in the master so it feels like home.. or a hotel even. I have docking systems at the bedside for your iphone or android.. no need to move anything around to find an outlet to charge up. There are books to read, games to play, french press, regular coffee maker, Nutri-bullet ( I use mine everyday), lots of natural and artificial light, fun art to enjoy (and for sale ;-), a special little treat when you check in and have an extended stay, fresh new sponges, washer/dryer, two tv's, DVD player, grills at the pool, please let me know if there is something that you feel is missing and I will openly concider adding it to the ammenities. Now take a deep breath, pour a glass of something delicious, kick your feet up, listen to the sounds of nature and watch the view and relax! ;-)
