The space YOUR CONDO Coastal colors, a turquoise sofa, and a coral-print armchair create a bright place to unwind, with unobstructed Atlantic views through the sliding balcony doors. The living area connects to the kitchen and dining nook, while your private balcony offers seating for morning coffee and ocean sunrises. Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests, the condo includes: -A bedroom with two queen beds, shell-patterned bedding, room-darkening shades, and closet and dresser storage. - A renovated bathroom with a double vanity and glass-enclosed walk-in shower featuring a bench and grab bar. - A kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. - Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, plus a dining table and children’s dinnerware. Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, an HDTV with premium cable, and board games for relaxed evenings in. - Air conditioning and central heating for year-round comfort. - Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. Guest access You’ll have exclusive access to the entire condo, including its private balcony and private entrance. Self check-in is through a keypad; your unique access code will arrive in a welcome email on the day of arrival, so you can go straight to the condo. Resort wristbands provide access to shared waterfront amenities: - Direct beachfront access. - Multiple outdoor pools and sun loungers. - A lazy river. - A heated indoor pool. - Shared hot tubs. Shared pools and hot tubs are available year-round during designated hours. The resort also has an elevator, and your booking includes free on-site garage parking for one vehicle. Owner-only facilities are excluded from guest access. Other things to note - Self Check-In: Go straight to your condo upon arrival! Access is managed by a coded lock. You will receive your unique access code in a welcome email on the day of your arrival. - Beach Gear: Please note that beach equipment such as umbrellas and chairs are not provided. They are available for seasonal rental directly from the on-site lifeguards. - Long-Term Stays: Long-term stays are allowed, making this an ideal choice for an extended coastal escape. - Safety: For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit. - Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property. - Resort Facility Restrictions: Access to the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center is reserved for resort owners and is NOT available to our guests. We provide starter essentials only and all replacement items will be the guests' responsibility. Towels and linens are not replaced by the host during their stay, but can be refreshed at the (paid in-building laundry area) POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
