Make yourself at home in this beautifully furnished, ideally located home on the outskirts of Park Circle in North Charleston. - Walk or take the 3 minute drive to the bars, restaurants and breweries of Park Circle. Make sure to checkout Jackrabbit Filly, Lola's, Firefly Distillery and Holy City Brewing! - 10 min drive to Downtown Charleston - World's largest outdoor playground (1.5 miles away) - 23 mins to Sullivans Island Hosted by locals! Please reach out with any questions. Happy to help! The space Very pleased to finally list my home! I've owned it for nearly 20 years and just completed an entire remodel of it on 10/7/24. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The living room also has a TV and a larger couch that could sleep a guest. The kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking essentials. If you find that you are in need of a particular kitchen item, message us and we'll be happy to deliver your requested item(s), as long as it is in reason. I'm not ordering a KitchenAid Stand Mixer haha. Washer and Dryer are in the home. The front parking area is very large with enough space to accommodate moving vans trucks etc. You are permitted to park two vehicles in the driveway. There is also street parking directly in front of home if bringing more than two vehicles. And there is ample room for a boat or attached trailer. We love our neighbors and do our best to ensure that they continue to love us. That being said, we don't allow any parties at our home and ask that you monitor your noise output, as this home is part of a duplex. The other side of this duplex is also an airbnb managed by my team. If the other airbnb is being too noisy for whatever reason, simply let us know and we will reach out to the guest(s).
