Come relax and enjoy a large bedroom. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Kent. Near Kentridge high. Other guests stay in home Room is 1 person max Shared bathroom. It’s a large bedroom about 200 square feet, with your own keyless entry it has a large desk, TV, bathroom (inside the home) you have to walk around the home and in the front door to access the bathroom which is simple. I ask you hang your towel in your room after use. In the shared kitchen is Coffee bar with keurig and usually creamer available (might even have some in the fridge). Guest access One parking spot street site (quiet street) for one vehicle only. This room has rooms above it. This room does not have a closet so there is a nice wardrobe with hangers. No AC but it’s usually nice and cool, has a nice fan and wall heater you can set the temperature. Roku. Streaming channels not guaranteed. Other things to note There is a dog his name is Roscoe who lives on the property. He is friendly with people but sometimes not with other animals which is why I’d not allow pets. He’s usually quiet but sometimes will bark at first meeting, fireworks, or if someone is knocking on the door.
