Our home is in a private, gated community and just steps away from a 25-meter pool, a baby pool and a fishing dock along the Kiawah River. Enjoy watching dolphins during the day and sunsets over the river in the evening. A 10-minute walk takes you to 10 miles of pristine beach.Freshfields Village with grocery stores, boutiques, unique shops and restaurants is 2 miles away. Bohicket Marina offers boat rentals and escorted outings and is 3 miles away. For a fee you can golf, kayak or play tennis. The space We have three bedrooms ( two queen and one king) and each bedroom has a flat-screen, 50” Smart TV. There are two full bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. There is wireless internet, cable TV and a charging port in the driveway for an electric vehicle. A full washer and dryer is in the home. Make memories playing board games, doing puzzles or reading on the peaceful, screened back porch where two lighted fans create a cozy atmosphere for your family. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note There is parking in the driveway for two cars.
