Located across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway, this property is 6 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the TPC in Sawgrass. The rustic decor of this barn apartment will add authenticity to your experience. It is located on a large wooded lot and features a private gated entrance. Relax on the front porch area with bistro table and chairs while surrounded by old florida growth. A flat screen Tv with Netflix and HBO is available on AppleTV (no cable). WIFI included. Sleeping arrangements include a queen size bed and fold open sofa. This sofa will sleep two kids fine, but may be small for two adults. There is an air mattress available if needed. This is an open concept layout and the bedroom is separated from the living area by a half wall. If there is more than two in your party, and you desire complete privacy this may not work for you.
