Your studio is on the first floor and has its own private entrance, you'll be the only ones inside your space for the entire stay. The other three apartments may have their own Airbnb guests during your booking; you might briefly cross paths at the building exterior, but inside, this studio is entirely yours. The space is thoughtfully arranged. As you enter, the queen bed sits to the right, fresh linens, comfortable mattress, easy to fall into after a day of exploring. Along the right wall, a fully equipped kitchenette with a two burner cooktop, sink, and fridge handles morning coffee and simple meals. Toward the back is your private bathroom with a walk in shower (soap, body wash, and towels provided). On the left wall, a 55in smart TV and a table with three chairs make for easy evenings.. streaming, dining in, or remote working with a view. Free street parking is right outside, and you're a short walk from Starland Yard, Forsyth Park, Bull Street shops, and the edges of Savannah's Historic District. Guest access You'll have full, private access to the entire Unit B studio. Your own private entrance, the queen sleeping area, kitchenette, dining table, and private bathroom with walk in shower. The unit is comfortably sized for two and includes everything you need for an easy stay. The other three apartments in the building have their own private entrances and are not accessible from yours. The exterior of the building (front walkway, sidewalk, street parking) is shared with the other three apartments and the residential block. Free street parking is available anywhere on the street around the property. Please review the posted street cleaning signs before parking overnight (cleaning falls Mon–Thur). The front wooden gate should remain closed throughout your stay, and please don't touch the padlock. For the comfort of future guests, we kindly ask that you not move furniture inside or outside the home.
