Welcome to Lazy Lariat Pines! This memorable cozy casita is anything but ordinary. Settled in a quiet countryside surrounded by mountainous desert this lovely home boasts with Southwestern charm. The space is so inviting it actually makes you lazy; warm lighting, comfortable sofa and queen size bed, fully fenced yard where you can stretch on a couch and relax or have your morning coffee on the charming patio. It is a place to happily come back to after exploring the wonders of Verde Valley. Due to the cozy size of the space, we welcome up to two pets * Welcome to our charming casita – a peaceful, private retreat with its own fenced yard. The casita is surrounded by a 6-foot wooden fence with a green entrance gate. When you walk through the gate, you enter a cozy private yard with a comfortable outdoor couch, chair, and table—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. To the right, you’ll find a quaint covered patio with a table and two chairs. A beautiful wide window connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a bright, open, and welcoming atmosphere. When you step inside, the tiny home doesn’t feel tiny at all thanks to large mirrors, windows, and glass doors that bring in plenty of natural light. You’ll walk into a full compact kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking and preparing meals: a deep sink, two-burner electric cooktop, convection microwave oven (great for baking and roasting), mini fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and stainless steel pots and pans. The shelves are stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils, and cooking essentials. Across from the kitchen is a cozy dining and living area with a dining table and a comfortable sofa that seats three people. While the sofa doesn’t fold out, it can comfortably sleep a third guest. There are also two folding chairs for extra seating. Next to the couch, you’ll find a magazine rack with reading materials and games. Need to get some work done? There’s a small desk workspace next to the sofa, with brochures and local attraction information above it to help you plan your adventures around Arizona and the Wild West. Right next to the workspace is a comfortable queen-size bed with a firm mattress and natural cotton sheets. You can relax, watch TV directly across from the bed, or grab a book from the shelves below the TV. The bathroom is located to the left of the bed behind a frosted glass door and includes a pedestal sink, mirrored medicine cabinet with storage, toilet, and a spacious shower stocked with body wash, shampoo, and fresh towels. We also made sure you have space for luggage—there are storage compartments under the bed: two for luggage and one for fresh sheets, blankets, an iron, and an ironing board. Traveling with more people? We also have another rental on the property—a 5th wheel that sleeps four, with its own large private yard, bonfire area, grill, and washer/dryer. You can rent both properties together if available, which is perfect for families or groups traveling together. The entire property is fully fenced, which is especially great if you’re traveling with your furry friend. Pets are more than welcome—they deserve a vacation too and will have space to roam safely.
