Gilbert Arizona Glamping with Hot Tub

RV stay in Gilbert, AZ. Close to downtown, dining, shopping, entertainment and freeways. We are located on a quiet street of acre lots. You will have a parking spot located in front of the RV. It is located next to our home. We allow two adults and two children. In some cases we may be able to accommodate additional adults. Please send an inquiry so we can see if our RV is a good fit for you. The space There are several steps into the RV. There is also a step up to the shower. Please only book if you are able to climb steps. This RV has a small kitchen with refrigerator, stove top, oven and microwave. All the appliances are smaller than household appliances. There is a Keurig coffee maker and electric tea kettle for your use. A variety of coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, mugs, cookware, crockpot and toaster. The living room contains two recliners, queen murphy bed and TV with Roku. Where you will sleep: The master bedroom has a queen sized, 8” memory foam mattress. The living room has a queen sized, 6” memory foam mattress, murphy bed behind the TV. The bathroom has only a shower, there is not a bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap are provided. The bathroom/laundry room is a pass through space. There are doors on both sides. There is a private outside patio with outdoor dining table and a hot tub. There is also a wrap around porch with a window that opens to the kitchen and outdoor bar style dining area. There is an RV sized washer/dryer combo. This is available for an additional fee of $10 per night, which will include 2 laundry pods. Guest access Please park in the designated parking spot near the RV. The patio and RV are the areas that are available for your use. Please do not go on other parts of the property. Other things to note House Rules: 1. No pets. 2. No smoking on the property. 3. No parties or events. 4. Quiet time after 10 p.m. 5. Report damage immediately! 6 Do not open owners cabinets.
