Quality furnishings, plush carpet, cotton linens, complimentary snacks, coffee, and 8'7" ceilings create a welcoming place to unwind or work remotely. The apartment includes one bedroom with a queen bed and a dedicated workspace. A third guest may sleep on the firm, non-sleeper sofa in the main room; it is large enough for one person, and linens and a blanket are provided. For an infant or toddler, a Pack ’n Play or 4-inch-high foam mattress can be provided upon request. For comfort and convenience, you’ll have: • Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace • Washer and dryer in the apartment • Apartment heating controlled by the hallway thermostat • A white-noise machine and portable fan • A bathroom with bathtub • Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage The air-conditioning thermostat is on the host’s side of the basement. The host can promptly adjust it upon request through the Airbnb app, as low as 68°F during summer months. Guest feedback indicates that sound from upstairs is minimal, with some guests reporting that they hear nothing. The apartment is separated from the rest of the residence by a double-locked door that must be unlocked from both sides. Guest access You will have a completely private basement apartment with its own outdoor keyless entrance and self check-in keypad. The apartment includes private use of the kitchen, bathroom, living area, bedroom, and in-unit washer and dryer. You will also have access to the private backyard pool and hot tub. The pool is heated from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and the hot tub is available year-round. Please provide one hour’s notice before using them. Enjoy the outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers during your backyard time. Free driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Other things to note Luggage drop-off, long-term stays, and cleaning during your stay are available. Complimentary snacks and coffee are provided.
