Wonderful private 1 bedroom charming beach bungalow with pool, hot tub, basketball court and ocean view for amazing sunsets. The beach, Redondo King Harbor, restaurants and stores are only a short walk away. Enjoy the private hot tub after a long day around town. Small basketball court behind the house to enjoy a work out to make the LA experience complete. Queen size bed in bedroom and a sleeper sofa to sleep 2 additional people. The space Charming 625 sq feet guest house at the end of a very large lot. The guesthouse and yard are at a higher level which makes for a private experience, with a beautiful view of the ocean. You'll be able to see the sun set in the ocean from your living room. And if you listen, you might be able to hear the seals bark as well. The pool is brand new and includes a baja shelf and hot tub. The string lights in the yard make for a very nice and inviting atmosphere which adds to LA outdoor living experience. The cottage is older and somewhat dated but well maintained. It has a 1 bedroom, with a queen size bed and a desk to get some work done if needed. This bedroom has the window AC. It also has a large closet to store your clothes and suitcases. The living room has a quality sleeper sofa, which turns into a sizable bed for 2 additional guests. There's a smart tv, with Youtube TV. The kitchen is older and smaller and not suitable for cooking large meals, but it has an apartment size fridge with freezer on top, an oven and stove.
