The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. ✔️ Quiet hours start at 9:30 pm ✔️ Backyard gatherings are not allowed past 9:30 pm ✔️ No Shoes inside the property. ✔️ No Pets ✔️ A $500-$1000 charge (per item) will be applied for any items removed from the property ✔️ Please be sure to unplug / turn off all appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Please ensure to turn off stove, oven, AC/heater. ✔️ Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. ✔️ No Smoking of any kind on the property. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls. ✔️ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected. ✔️ Check-in time is 4:00 pm - 12:00 pm ✔️ Check-out time is 10:00 am ✔️ Fees may apply if arrival is outside of checkin / check out windows ✔️ No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) ✔️ No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up location. ✔️ No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture ✔️ No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, etc. ✔️ No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) ✔️ No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking ✔️ Confirmed booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules. ✔️ Three night min per city ordinance Property Disclosures: We have (2) actively recording cameras overlooking the front & side entrance and backyard which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the kitchen lounge which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras. Pool Safety: - NO lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk. - Adult supervision required for all children who use the pool Other things to note: The pool is an outdoor pool. Debris from the surrounding landscaping will make its way into the pool. It is impossible to prevent plant debris from getting into the pool due to high winds in the area. The pool is not considered dirty when plant debris is in the pool between our weekly cleanings which can be due to wind or other factors outside our control. We provide tools such as a net if guests would like to clear any leaves and debris during their stay. The presence of such debris is not grounds for cancellation, refunds, or discounts. **We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken.
