We offer one King bed, one Queen sofa bed and one Queen air mattress. The whole backyard and front yard are 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗗 with the owners' family, and sometimes other guests. Guests are welcome to use any amenities, including the swimming pool, BBQ grill, mini golf, etc. ################################# 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗟 & 𝗝𝗔𝗖𝗨𝗭𝗭𝗜 𝗨𝗦𝗘 🏊‍♀️ Pool – FREE to use. NOT heated. 🛁 Attached Spa – FREE to use. NOT heated. Heating, jets & waterfall features are not available. ################################# Central air conditioning and heating. Free WIFI. Free Utilities. Free street Parking (inside gate parking can be arranged upon request). Please note: Mailbox is not available for any guest. Please do not ship any package prior to your arrival. No one will be responsible for the receipt of the packages. ################################# Guest access Smart Lock Keyless entry at the front door. You can arrive at any time after check-in and enter using your unique access code. Other things to note There is ample street parking available. Access to the Guest House #A can be gained through both the front gate and the side yard gate. This home is perfect for small family, business travel, and vacation. 😴 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM 🚫 No food or drinks in bedrooms 🚫 No smoking indoors 🚫 Absolutely no marijuana on the premises 🚫 No pets allowed 🚫 No parties or events 🚫 No unregistered guests or visitors 🚫 No gathering outside after 10:00 PM ################################# 𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦 / 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗦 Our house has 3 cameras as security and safety measures. These cameras are as follows: 1 outdoor overhead camera overlooking the front yard driveway. 1 outdoor camera overlooking the side yard 1 outdoor camera overlooking the backyard area. We DO NOT actively monitor these cameras out of respect to our guests. However, guests should be aware that activity is recorded. None of these cameras have a line of sight or are capable of viewing indoor spaces. There are NO forms of video surveillance for activities inside the home. Tampering with any of the cameras is strictly prohibited.
