Within minutes, you can enjoy Greenbelt Park, Armand Bayou Nature Center, University of Houston Clear Lake Park, Trinity Bay, Clear Lake & Taylor Lakes for fishing and water sports. We are near multiple restaurants, entertainment venues, shopping, and surrounding cities in the Houston Metroplex, including Clear Lake City, Webster, Seabrook, LaPorte, Deer Park, Pasadena, Kemah, Bacliff, League City, Friendswood, Pearland, Alvin, Texas City (Tanger Outlet for shopping), Santa Fe, Hitchcock, Bayou Vista, Tiki Island, Galveston Island, Moody Gardens, Surfside, Freeport, and Houston. We offer self-check-in with a unique security code, ensuring flexibility and ease of access. You'll find an unlocked iron black gate and to the right of the front door, you'll find access to the studio door. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected throughout your visit, while central heating and air conditioning ensure optimal comfort regardless of external conditions. For added convenience, guests have access to a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities within the main house's garage, facilitating a hassle-free stay without the burden of heavy packing. You can access the back patio through a gate on the left-hand side of the garage. Please allow the permanent tenant to have access to the garage on the left-hand side. You'll have parking on the driveway for ONE vehicle only, on the right-hand side facing the garage door. For your convinience, since there is an intersection, we highly recommend to park on the street. It's a safe neighborhood and there are many others parked on the street. During your stay Rest assured, you'll have uninterrupted privacy, while we remain reachable via phone or message should any assistance be required. Other things to note We kindly ask all our guests to plan for a check-in time of 3 pm. or later. Early check-in at 1 pm or late check-out after 10:00 am may be available for an extra fee made 24 hrs. in advance. If traveling with someone else or expect a visitor, including children older than 8 years old, please select the right number of people and pay the extra person fee. You will be charged a higher fee if an extra person stays in the studio. This is a nonsmoking, no vaping, no drugs studio. Please refrain from smoking at least 5 feet from the house. For safety purposes, this house has a security alarm and cameras installed outside the house. There are no cameras installed inside the studio.
