Welcome to our spacious 1970s beach house, a nostalgic retreat brimming with charm and coastal vibes. This expansive property offers plenty of room for friends and family, with multiple bedrooms, a large open living area. Enjoy ocean views from the wraparound deck, direct beach access, and plenty of natural light pouring in from large windows. The kitchen retains its original charm but is fully equipped, perfect for cooking and sharing meals together. The space This 1970s-style rental retains much of its original character, offering an original but clean aesthetic. Spacious living room, half bath, two dining rooms, a sitting area, kitchen and a primary on the main floor with a full bath and king bed. Downstairs you will find 4 bedrooms with full/queen beds and views of the water. Additionally, there is a game room with all kinds of activities for a fun family night! There is plenty of space for you and your family to enjoy big get-togethers. The house sits on Wollochet bay with private beach access and private dock access and is in an extremely quiet peaceful area. Guest access The entire home is open with exceptions of the garage, boathouse (In off Season) the utility room in the basement and then some locked cabinets in the primary bedroom and a few cupboards in the kitchen. Guests have access to the dock and the beach as well. Other things to note We welcome families to come enjoy the entire property. Please note that children are welcome but the home is not child/baby proof. If your booking is less than 6 people enjoying our property, you are eligible for discount on cleaning.
