Less than a block from stores and restaurants, and 3 blocks from Tybee’s lighthouse. Basic essentials, beach supplies, and a grill are provided for your convenience. Free parking pass for 1 vehicle. The space This condo has always been our most popular property on Airbnb. Charming, clean, and provides everything you might need in the perfect location. Guest access The entire condo and laundry room. Other things to note Welcome to Condo Banana! This is a private 1-bedroom condo ideal for 2 guests. I aim to provide every detail so you can make an informed decision — feel free to reach out with any questions! ⸻ 🏠 Property Overview • Located on the first floor of a house with three separate condos (two downstairs, one upstairs). • This unit is the front half, sharing a wall with the rear condo. • The upstairs unit’s parking and entry stairs are to the left side of this condo. ⸻ 🅿️ Parking Pass • ONE parking pass is provided per reservation — it allows free parking island-wide. • Must be displayed on your dash and left inside the condo at checkout. A $400 fee will apply if the pass is not returned. That's how much they cost. Please leave on dining table at checkout. ⸻ 🛠️ Construction Note • A new home is being built next door starting summer 2025. ⸻ 🔧 Amenities • Charcoal grill, beach wagon, cooler, and beach chairs included. • Laundry room is shared and located at the back of the house. • We do not provide a sofa sleeper or pull out mattress.
