However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far. For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island.
