Apartment with Amenities & Relaxing Outdoor Space

This spacious and stylish mother-in-law apartment is 10 minutes from SeaTac Airport, 20 minutes from downtown Seattle, and 20 minutes from downtown Tacoma. Saltwater State Park and Des Moines Beach Park are both 8 minutes away. It's in a central location, has an easy 4-minute drive to I-5, and is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Boasts a private deck, full bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for small gatherings and group trips. The space The apartment is attached to the main house and can easily host 3-4 people. It is a full one bed/one bath apartment with a den. The Den has been transformed into a bedroom that comfortably fits a twin bed for an added private sleeping space. There is a day bed with a twin size mattress in the living room and a queen size bed in the main bedroom. There is also a pack and play available in the closet for guests with small children. We are always happy to accommodate our guests if they would like additional family to join them. In these instances there is a $60 nightly fee added for any party over 4 people due to water usage, etc. The entire apartment, deck and backyard are available for guests. The apartment also has a full kitchen with all amenities needed for cooking and sharing meals. The entrance is located in the back of the house. There are a ten steps or so that you have to take to get to the back of house, they are not steep but something keep in mind. ***Please note, this property is not equipped to handle parties or events. We don’t mind small gatherings and people hanging out but parties are not allowed on this property. We live upstairs with our son - Our home and neighborhood is strictly family friendly.
