Our home is conveniently located near major freeways, including the 101 and 202, making it easy to explore Arizona. The space There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house, providing plenty of space for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a private bathroom, while other two with full queen size beds, and one with a twin trundle bed. 5 minutes to Sam's Club, In-N-Out Burger, Target, AMC, Fry's grocery 7 minutes to Ikea, Main Event, Costco, Walmart 7 minutes to Chandler Fashion Center – Shop at popular retail stores and enjoy a variety of restaurants(3.7 miles) 13 minutes to Downtown Chandler – Experience vibrant nightlife, local dining, and unique shops 15 to 20 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport – Easy access for travelers(11.1 miles) Guest access 24/7 guest access with Smart lock technology for self check-in. Parking is available in the garage or in the driveway without any hassle. Other things to note No pets allowed(No exceptions) No events or parties allowed No smoking allowed The pool in the backyard is not fenced off from the rest of the yard so small children need to be supervised by an adult at all times while in the yard. *** Not heated pool *** By confirming this reservation, the guest agrees that use of the pool is at their own risk and accepts full responsibility for themselves and all accompanying guests. The host is not liable for any injuries or accidents related to pool use. Children must be supervised at all times. Please note the temperature for A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. The temperature for heating cannot go above 80 degrees. It causes issues.
