Beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 1.5-2 blocks from the beach, restaurants & shops. Essentials & beach supplies provided. Dog friendly (no pet fee). Super easy check-in. Very large fenced in backyard, deck & the outdoor showers are always a hit! 3 large bedrooms, 1 full bath, 2 half baths, large kitchen w/ essentials, washer/dryer, 2 outdoor enclosed (H/C) showers, lots of free parking, cable, 4 flat screen TVs (2 smart), fast Wi-Fi & charcoal grill. The space Dreamsicle Beach Cottage has always been a guest favorite. Located in the heart of north Tybee, this cottage is the perfect retreat for a couple or a large family. The house can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably and has a large fenced in backyard that guests & pet owners love. Super easy, contactless check-in & check-out. Guest access The entire property is private and for guest use only. Contactless check-in and check-out. Other things to note We want to be as thorough as possible. Updates since photos: Sadly, the arctic blast in February killed several plants out front, but new plants are growing! We recently painted the house & stained the deck. The refrigerator was recently upgraded. -One of the few properties on Tybee with a very large, fully fenced in back yard and private parking for several vehicles in front. -The beach supplies are located in a shed on the side of the house. Cooler, beach wagon & chairs. -Most essentials provided. Guests need to provide charcoal for the grill, beach towels & any food related items. -Guests w/ mobility issues: the entrances to the master bedroom have a half step down. There's also one full step onto the back deck and at the front door. All are clearly visible, but please be mindful of their location at check-in if step ups are a difficulty. There are no other stairs or steps at the cottage. -Tybee nor any of the surrounding GA beaches allow dogs. See my guidebook for more details and alternatives. -A couple of outlets are controlled by light switches. Front porch light requires two switches.
