Guest access The entire house Other things to note This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. If there is more than 2 vehicles, there is free parking out by the security gate. You will be provided a unique code for the front door and this will only be enabled for the duration of your stay. Clubhouse hours: Concierge: Monday - Sunday 9AM to 6PM Fitness center & pool: Monday - Sunday 9AM to 8PM Tiki Bar: Wednesday - Sunday 12PM to 8PM Our home has a Google Nest thermostat for comfort and efficiency. The AC can be set between 69–78°F to ensure smooth operation in the Florida heat. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Pool/Spa heat is optional and it is $30/day. ** Community amenities are not controlled by the homeowner and cannot be guaranteed. Starter Supplies We provide a starter supply of essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap in each bathroom, plus dish soap, dishwasher pods, 10 garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. These are starter quantities; guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of their stay. Laundry detergent is not provided due to varying allergies, skin sensitivities and personal preferences. Please bring or purchase your preferred detergent.
