Newly renovated beach house with top of the line kitchen appliances, high end memory foam beds, work station (office) with 100mb wifi, 60in HDTV with 220+ channels, laundry/garage parking, and located steps from the beach. Also has a fully furnished large patio for a bbq dinner in paradise. Across the street is the Pavilions supermarket and minutes away from great restaurants and cafes. There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa. The space Spacious newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath with top of the line appliances. Living room has a 60inch HDTV with 220+ channels. 100mb wifi connection is available throughout the house. Outside patio has 6person outdoor dining table with Kitchenaid bbq grill. Other things to note 2 of our favorite restaurants are Alta for brunch/coffee and Bear flag & co for lunch and dinner. Both are not too expensive but great place to eat and 5 mins away by walk from the house. If you go to the Lido pier which is also 5 mins walk there is a Blue bottle cafe. Also walking to the Newport pier via the boardwalk by the beach is highly recommended!:) Cruiser bikes are very popular fun and available for rental. Please message us for rates and availability. For nicer and more formal venues, the Cannery and blue water grill are highly recommended and less than 10 minute by foot!
