This applies 24/7 The upstairs living room is a cozy space with two couches, a fireplace, and big-game hunting decor including mounted animals. The downstairs living room is spacious and unique with four large couches, a 55" TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and a centerpiece stuffed bear. The game room features a pool table, darts, vintage slot machine, and board games. The kitchen has tiled countertops, a full-sized fridge, KitchenAid appliances, two stove ranges, two ovens, a microwave, and dishwasher. Coffee options include Keurig and Hamilton Beach 12-cup brewer. Dining seats 8 at the table and 6 at the kitchen island. This home does not have air conditioning. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. There is no parking on street. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
