The two cozy bedrooms each offer a queen bed and ample storage. ***Being so close to the beach, many Redondo homes don’t have central AC. Other things to note *We do not have a washing machine or dishwasher at our home. The closest laundromat is a 3 min drive (0.8 mi) away.* To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly request guests refrain from playing loud music after 9PM. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the property, with a $1000 fine for violations, to keep our neighbors with children and health conditions safe. Additionally, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate pets at this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a serene environment for all our guests. Thank you for choosing our home, and we look forward to hosting you! Additional rules: •Please be respectful of our neighbors. Do not disturb or use neighbor's driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. •No loud noise or music past 9 PM •Please unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater. •Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. •No Shoes inside the property. •No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present. •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays •Check-in time is 4 PM - 12 AM •No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. $100 per extra guest per night) •No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property •Please do not rearranging furniture in the home •Please do not unplug any of our TVs/Wifi •No Pre-Checking Bag Storage •No Pets •No Parking anywhere other than available street parking. Please read signs for street cleaning days •Checkout time is 10 AM. We reserve the right to keep your security deposit if these rules are broken.
