Pool Heating Rules & Guidelines for Airbnb Guests We are pleased to offer pool heating as an optional add-on amenity for our guests. Please review the following rules and expectations before booking this service. 1. Pool Heating Availability & Fees • Pool heating is available for an additional, non-refundable fee. • Cost: $150 startup fee + $75 per day. • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for pool heating to be turned on. • Payment must be made in full prior to activation and is non-refundable, regardless of weather conditions. 2. Temperature Expectations • The maximum achievable pool temperature is approximately 82-85°F, depending on outside weather conditions (colder weather may impact heating efficiency). • The pool heater runs on a preset schedule to maintain the best possible temperature but may not instantaneously heat the pool to the desired temperature. 3. No Refunds for Weather Conditions • Pool heating performance is influenced by ambient temperatures, wind, and other weather factors. • We do not offer refunds if the pool does not reach a personally preferred temperature due to cold weather, rain, or other natural conditions beyond our control. 4. Pool Heater Malfunction Policy • In the rare event that the pool heater malfunctions, guests will be refunded only for the paid pool heating cost. • The pool itself remains fully available for guest use, and no refunds will be provided for the overall rental stay due to heater issues. 5. General Pool Use & Safety • Guests use the pool at their own risk—no lifeguard is on duty. • Please shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality. • No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. • Children must be supervised at all times. By choosing to add pool heating, you agree to these terms and understand the limitations and refund policy. If you have any questions, please let us know before booking the heating service. Every stay comes with a complimentary starter pack of essential supplies to get you settled in comfortably. Once those items are used, guests are responsible for restocking any additional supplies needed for the remainder of their stay.
