Bathrooms are equipped with wall mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash Lines, bath and beach towels are provided for guests. Please do not take the white bath towels to the beach. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to rent and must stay on the premises for the entire stay. Guest access The home entrance is equipped with a Wi-Fi Deadbolt Smart Lock. Guests will receive the access code at least 24 hours prior to arrival. The code is changed after each guest stay for safety. Parking is available for 3 vehicles, 2 in the driveway and one on the street. Please do not park in the grass. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so please treat the home and surrounding neighborhood with dignity and respect. Parties and events are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum. There is a strict quiet time enforced from 11PM-8AM as defined by Chatham County's noise ordinance.
