The open kitchen features subway tile backsplashes, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and an island with bar seating for two. Just off the kitchen, the open dining area features an oversized table that comfortably seats six. The main living space invites everyone to unwind with deep, comfortable seating, an overhead fan, and a 58-inch Smart TV. Adjacent to the living room is a sunroom equipped with a 64-inch TV, creating a wonderful second gathering area. Just outside the sunroom, step onto the private deck complete with a gas grill for afternoon barbecues. The primary en-suite bedroom is designed for relaxation, featuring a king bed, large Smart TV, direct balcony access, and an updated bath with an oversized vanity and tiled walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the cottage, two quiet guest bedrooms provide privacy for everyone. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed and oversized windows, while the second guest room offers a queen bed with direct access out to the sun deck. These rooms share a renovated full bath with a tub and shower combination. For added convenience, a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer and a pantry are situated just off the kitchen. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the property for the extent of their stay. Access to this charming property is provided via keypad or lockbox. No keys to pick up, a contactless check-in is provided. Should you have questions, we are always here to assist. Other things to note • BEACH: 0.5 miles away. At least 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon are located under the cottage in the carport area for guest use. • CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards are optional and available for $55 per day per family. This offers access to the Beach Club (open seasonally), golf, and tennis. The Lakehouse outdoor pool is accessible free of charge. • POOL: Optional access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. Access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is included. • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 3 vehicle gate passes. There is parking in the carport area and in an adjacent off-street space. Parking on the pine straw or street is strictly prohibited. • LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts are allowed at this property. LSVs must have a pass and count as a vehicle towards the 3-vehicle maximum limit. • CHILDREN: Children welcome. • PET POLICY: Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
