Welcome to your Starland District getaway! This unique property features a charming 3-bedroom home and a cozy 1-bedroom carriage house, offering space and comfort for up to 8 guests. Nestled in Savannah’s vibrant and eclectic Starland District, you’ll be just steps away from some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, microbreweries, and more. *Please note all bedrooms are upstairs in both the main and carriage house.* The space This listing consists of the main house which has 3 bedrooms 1.5 baths and the carriage house which is 1 bedroom 1 bath. In the main house, the master bedroom has a private bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms have a separate bathroom upstairs to share. There is another half bathroom located downstairs. The main house and carriage house are separated by a shared courtyard. The carriage house has a private back entrance that can be used. The courtyard has a table for dining as well as a propane grill that can be used. The electronic igniter is fussy and does not work sometimes and you will have to use matches or a grill lighter. Should you run out of propane, the chevron station at the corner has an exchange station and if you exchange tanks I will be happy to reimburse you the cost. There is free parking on the *Please note all bedrooms are upstairs in both the main and carriage house.* Guest access You will have access to the entire property. There is keyless entry on the front door - code will be messaged to you before arrival. The keys to the carriage house will be in a lockbox next to the front door of the main house. A separate code will be message to you for this. Other things to note Please adhere to the occupancy rule as you agreed to in the listing contract. My home will accommodates 8 guest very comfortably. The property is located in a safe & quite neighborhood that is mostly residential with a some local small business scattered about.
