Sea Breeze B is a pet friendly 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach house located .8 miles from the beach and 1.5 miles north of Garden City Pier. The home has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as washer, dryer, central air, and ceiling fans throughout. Five TVs and WiFi. Sleeping accommodations include two king and two double beds, plus two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Outdoor amenities include a private 8 X15-foot swimming pool, screened-in porch, charcoal grill. The space This is property has two separate units side by side. Unit A and B. Message me about renting both units together to house up to 22 people for a large group. There is parking for up to 4 standard cars. No street parking. Motorcycles and trailers permitted if they fit in the driveway. Please do not park on the lawn as there are sprinklers. There is public beach access at the end of our street with free parking, bathrooms and a convenience store. Guest access There is one flight of stairs to reach the first floor living area. Other things to note The pool is cleaned twice a week from April to September and once a week from October to March. The property has pest service maintenance once a month from April to September and bi-monthly otherwise. Pets allowed: Must disclose weight, breed, and age. 2 dogs under 50 lbs or 1 dog under 70 lbs. Must provide up to date rabies vaccinations. Must be at least 16 months old. If dog is left alone, it must be crated. Dog must be on a routine flea treatment.
