The community has a water park, 2 restaurants, private beach, gym, infinity pools, and bars. 10 minute drive to the beautiful and famous Kite Beach, famous for kiting, surfing, wing foiling. Family friendly community. 1.4 mil to Playero Supermarket,1.6 mil to Sosua Beach. It’s a pleasant walk thru neighborhoods. The space The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a private bathroom and french windows opening to the pool area. The 2 guest rooms have a shared bathroom and are spacious. All bedrooms have ample closet space, big windows, extra pillows and blankets. High end European furniture and high end construction make this villa stylish and comfortable. A private pool with outdoor shower, loungers, bbq, outdoor dining and outdoor seating, allows you to spend time in the lovely tropical evening breeze. A laundry room is available for your personal use. Other things to note Sosúa Ocean Village is a family-friendly, private gated community known for its upscale infrastructure, beautiful landscaping, and excellent security. The community offers a peaceful, resort-style environment that many guests appreciate. Guests have access to the same amenities as property owners, including parks, swimming pools, a water park, and a private beach area. There are two restaurants within the community: Maria’s and Santa Fe. Santa Fe has a cover charge for entry, which can be applied toward food and drinks during your visit. Note: Laguna SOV waterpark is not included in the amenities available. It has a separate entrance fee. A fitness center is also available within the community for an additional membership fee (typically $60–$90 USD per month). The community is designed with open space, gardens, and walkable streets, making it pleasant for walking and enjoying the surroundings. The villa is conveniently located about 1.4 miles from Playero Supermarket and 1.6 miles from Sosúa Beach. Many guests enjoy the pleasant walk through the neighborhood, though most choose to drive or take a short taxi ride. Guests choose different ways to get around depending on their travel style. Some rent a car, others rent scooters or motorcycles, and some walk within the community and use taxis when needed. Taxis are allowed to enter the community and can pick up or drop off directly at the villa. Moto-taxis are common in the area but must stop at the security gate. Local minibuses (“guaguas”) run along the main road outside the community. They are inexpensive and primarily used by locals, though some visitors enjoy trying them as part of the local experience. The villa is about 0.5 miles from the community security entrance and approximately 1 mile from the main road, where public transportation is available.
