Guest access The guard will have your names and your guests' names to allow gate access into the community. Front door access is with a combo lock. Your code is set specifically for each guest. There is a laundry room inside the condo. There are two pools in our community. The new pool and spa are one building away. It is so close, but just far enough so we can’t hear it;). The condo is on the third floor with a spacious high ceiling and stairs access. The gym is like one minute walk from the condo inside the complex. The gym hours differ during different seasons, but are posted on the door, and the pool has open hours posted. Like 8-10 pm, but could differ. If you do not have a car, there is a Walgreens, and 4 restaurants (chick fil-A, wahoo fish taco and Taco Bell, TGI Fridays at the nearest corner. You can also walk to Rio hotel and Gold Coast as well where food and beverage selection is limitless. Not to mention the entertainment. Palms is a block or two away with gaming world-class restaurants, food court night club and even has nice movie theaters too;) Can I receive mail, shipping, or delivery? Yes, but we do not provide mailbox keys as a service. You can get it when the postman opens it. The postman will open the mailbox to deliver letters every day. We have no responsibility or guarantee to receive your letters, shipping, or deliveries. Please make sure that your courier is delivered during your stay, as we are unable to hold or receive the package for you. Thank you for understanding. Other things to note The pool is managed by the homeowners association (HOA). While it is generally open and maintained, it may be temporarily closed without notice due to maintenance, safety concerns, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the host’s control. Pool availability cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds or compensation will be provided for temporary closures. The property is privately owned, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Numbers of staying cannot exceed numbers of guests booked. Home cannot be occupied or used for any commercial or business purpose without prior approval. -NO DRUGS -NO PARTIES -NO SMOKING. -If any damage occurs that requires repair or replacement, the cost will be requested through Airbnb to cover the necessary replacement with new items. -We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. If garbage disposal or any part of the plumbing is damaged or clogged during the guests stay, the guest will be responsible for the plumber’s fee at check out. -All items in the house have been accounted for, any item removed from premises will charged to the guest at check out. -Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. -Damaged or severely stained linens, furniture and carpet will be billed to the guests at check out. -Please be mindful when moving oversized items into the rooms. Damaged doors and walls will be charged to the guest at check out. -If kitchen utensils are used, please put them in the dishwasher before you check out. Kitchenware is sanitized for the next guest to use. -We provide an appropriate number of bath towels based on the number of guests on the reservation. If you have any special needs, please contact us in advance. $10 per set of towel for extra. If you have special needs, please contact us in advance. -You can check in any time after 3:00pm or check out before 11 am. We do not offer free early check-in or late check-out. For early check-in or late check-out, we charge an additional fee of $50. Please contact us in advance to ensure availability. -Quite time is 10pm-8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without refund. -Please check everything in the condo when you check in, if there is any damage in the property, it will be claimed. INSECTICIDE Although we have pest control monthly. Like anyhome, you may still see a bug during your stay. -We only provide a basic set of pot/pans/cooking utensils.
