We’d love to welcome you to this special place. Inside the House: * Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms featuring 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. Note that the two bedrooms in the basement level has low ceilings with a clearance height of 5'8" to 5'10". * Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms with modern amenities. * Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 8 make mealtime effortless. * Living Room: Relax in the inviting living room, cozying up to the fireplace or relaxing in front of the TV. * Lower Den: Sit around a secondary fireplace for additional chit chat or play some foosball. Note that the lower den/basement area has low ceilings with a clearance height of 5'8" to 5'10". Outdoor Space: * Front-yard patio: Space for two to sit, relax, and enjoy the mountain views. * Backyard deck: Enjoy the deck with seating for 8. * Driveway available for off-street parking. Compact cars are recommended since driveway is on the narrow side. For larger cars there is street parking. Other things to note The ceiling for the basement level is low. Anyone over 6' will need to duck when walking around. There are also areas that are as low as 5'10" so please keep this in mind. People taller than 5'10" should use the upstairs bedrooms.
