Guest access These side by side units allows for free parking for 2 vehicles at each unit onsite. All guests will be sent a code on the day of check-in for keyless entry. North Beach is just a short 0.6 mile walk. There are many restaurants and stores within walking distance! distance! Occupancy: 12 Other things to note Must be 25 years old to book. The person booking must present ID and remain in the home during the stay. An excessive cleaning fee may apply if the guest leaves behind large amounts of trash, stains, or debris. No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping, or any other substance) inside the property, front or back decks or front yard or back yard. An Airbnb smoking fee of $250 will be charged if evidence of indoor smoking is found Pet Requirement: We only allow dogs, with that said only those dogs that meet the following guidelines: Maximum weight of 25 pounds. All guests shall provide copy of most currently vaccination record, this record to include species, sex, coloring & markings, weight, age, and breed. Pets must be crated at all times when left unattended in the unit. Pets are not allowed on furniture, this to include all couches, ottomans, and beds. There is an additional $65 pet cleaning fee if pet dander, pet hair observed imposed by the cleaning company.
