Guest access The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. A $25/hour wait fee will be charged if the unit is not vacated by the stated checkout time, as this delays their work and impacts incoming reservations. 🐾 Unauthorized Pet Fee We welcome pets only when added to the booking in advance. If there is any evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit, a $300 fee will apply to cover deep cleaning and allergen treatment required for future guests.
