This 6-bedroom retreat in the Orlando Area is built for groups who want room to spread out - whether that means a day at the parks followed by a swim, or a slower day spent entirely on the property. Inside, themed bedrooms and open gathering spaces set a playful tone, and the air-conditioned game room keeps evenings easy no matter the weather. Sleeping arrangements The layout balances shared time with private space across six bedrooms. On the first floor, the King Triton suite has a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Close by, the Siesta Suite offers a queen bed and a 50-inch Roku smart TV. Upstairs, the Mickey & Minnie Suite is set up with two twin beds and a 40-inch smart TV, while the Star Wars Suite has two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The Clearwater Suite comes with its own bathroom, a king bed, and a 55-inch smart TV, and the Moana Suite rounds things out with one queen bed and one full bed alongside a 50-inch smart TV. A living room with a 50-inch smart TV and a family room with a 65-inch smart TV give everyone extra places to gather. Outdoor living Outside, the private pool and spa stay usable through the year, with optional heating available for guests who want it. A covered patio, propane BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers make it simple to stretch meals and downtime outdoors, and the private backyard leaves room to spread out further. Beyond the home itself, resort access opens up nearby community amenities, including a pool, fitness center, tennis, and volleyball. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped, with an airfryer stove and top brand appliances giving you the tools to cook at your own pace, and the dining table pulls the group together for shared meals. Rounding out the kitchen are a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, and the cooking basics you’d expect for a longer stay. Entertainment and recreation The air-conditioned game room is the heart of indoor fun, with a pool table, arcade games, board games, and a smart TV. Beyond the game room, you’ll find a TV with standard cable, a Bluetooth sound system, a game console, life size games, and themed rooms carried throughout the home. Traveling with kids is easier here too, with a crib, pack ‘n play, children’s books and toys, a high chair, children’s dinnerware, baby safety gates, a children’s playroom, and an outdoor playground all on hand. Comfort and essentials Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, an indoor fireplace, washer, dryer, room-darkening shades, linens, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and bathroom essentials are all here to support a comfortable, longer stay. For peace of mind, the home includes exterior security cameras (front and back only), smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house. Pool and spa heat are not included in the nightly rates. There is an additional fee of $55 per night to heat the pool and spa. Or $550 per month based on the length of your stay. If you decide to pay for pool/spa heat it must be for the entire stay. You also have the option of paying for spa heat only...This fee is $30 per night. This must also be paid for the entire stay. This is a Non -Smoking Villa - There should be no smell of smoke or evidence of smoke is in the villa upon check out including E-cigaretts. Absolutely no smoking allowed in this pool villa. Smoking can be done anywhere outside as long as all exterior doors are closed. We provide a starter kit of toiletries to help you get your vacation to a great start. Our starter kit includes garbage bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, coffee, keurig pods, etc. We have a complimentary propane gas grill Planning a special gathering during your stay? Our clubhouse is available to host small private events such as bridal showers, baby showers, family reunions, birthday celebrations, and more. To reserve the clubhouse, please let us know before booking your stay so we can confirm availability. Event reservations are offered in 2- to 4-hour time slots between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Advance reservation and approval are required, and guests are expected to follow all clubhouse rules and clean up after using the facility. Guest Count & Additional Fees: Please note that additional fees will apply for groups with more than 12 people. The total guest count includes all individuals aged 18 and older who are present at the property, regardless of whether they are staying overnight or not. The fee is $39 per day per guest once the guest count goes over 12 guests. During your stay We provide a BBQ grill for your convenience at no charge. We ask that you purchase your propane tank refill. If you are using the grill please be sure to fill the tank. If the tank is full when you arrive please refill after using. Propane tank refills are available at Lowes or Walmart which is a 5 to 10 minutes drive from the home. We ask that you clean the barbecue grill after each use. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the grill is returned to us uncleaned. Charcoals should NOT be used on the gas propane grill. Please follow all guidelines in using a propane gas grill. Homeowner does not take any responsibility if the propane gas grill is used incorrectly. Each guest will use the grill at their own risk. We recommend that you do not use the propane gas grill if you have no experience in using one. There are 2 locked owner's closet in the hone not accessable to guest . This is used to store owner's items. Guests as no access to this cabinet. There is however lots of closets and storage in the home We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording. There is one in the front of the home and one in the back. None of our cameras are facing in the interior of the home in any way. One is located in the front of the property to monitor exterior activity in the front of the home and one located in the back exterior to monitor any activity in the exterior back of the property. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever. Pets Restrictions We allow pets up to 50 pounds, subject to the home owners approval. We will need vaccine status and you will need to read and accept our pet policies.. Pets are not allowed in the beds or on couches or chairs unless you bring your own blankets and sheets to spread over these items before the pet goes on them. There is pet deposit of $200 plus $39 per day per pet. Limit 2 pets per household. Pets should not be left alone in the home unless in a crate. Fees may apply if there is excessive shedding or anything chewed or destroyed by your pet. It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service dog.
