This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome offers both the comforts of home and the luxuries of a resort. Step inside to discover an open-concept main floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you'll need for home-cooked meals. The recently updated cabinetry brightens the space, while the granite-top dining table seats six comfortably. Enjoy your morning coffee at the high breakfast bar or the child-friendly high chair. A spacious living room with a 60" LCD TV and full cable package overlooks a peaceful natural pond—your private window into Florida’s unique wildlife. The upstairs layout includes three cozy bedrooms with sleeping space for six. The master suite boasts a private balcony with a stunning view of the pond, where you can enjoy peaceful sunrises and watch local birds and even alligators glide across the water. For your convenience, the home has two reserved parking spots in front and abundant additional parking nearby. A one-time $20 access card per vehicle grants full access to the resort’s amenities—including two heated swimming pools, hot tub/sauna, fitness center, playgrounds, nature trails, and sports courts—for the entire duration of your stay. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, and take advantage of the full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. Basic starter supplies are provided, and local stores like Walmart are just around the corner for anything else you may need. What sets this home apart is the unique pondside location—a rare gem in the resort. Relax on the patio, fire up the gas grill, and unwind as you sink in the natural surroundings. (Please bring or refill propane as needed, and leave the grill clean for the next guests.) To reach our villa, you'll pass through three security gates, ensuring a truly private and serene environment. Upon arrival, please stop by the clubhouse to pick up your access card. For a one-time fee of $20 per vehicle, this card will grant you convenient entry through all gates and full use of the resort’s wonderful amenities throughout your stay. If you arrive after clubhouse hours (9 AM–5 PM), no worries! The friendly security team at the main gate will verify your booking and provide you with a temporary access card.
