This cottage is 11/2 blocks to the beach in either direction& family friendly . The location is 1/2 block to the main street with all the shops and restaurants. It is great for couples or families.A beach cottage for sure! It has ceiling fans throughout and a very large living room with vaulted ceilings that opens to the outside patio. It is bright, airy and happy. Clean, cozy and peaceful. Street pkg is ample. 3 bed/1 lg bath w/double sinks. Owners use the space upstairs & do not rent it . The space Prime location! One block to the water in either direction and 1/2 block to Marine Street(downtown Balboa). This is the downstairs rental. It is the quintessential beach cottage. It is fully furnished, gas bbq and outdoor seating! Wifi, smart TV and cable. Light and bright, ceiling fans throughout bedrooms and living room. Huge living room that opens onto porch...easy for entertaining and hanging out together. Other things to note Owners unit above you, but each has your own separate entrance. You have a front patio. There is a washer/dryer for your own use during your stay as well. Non smoking place and no pet policy. You will be charged if this rule is broken. Registration Details SLP12451
